the details;

shareholding structure of the company;
- What does the company own and what is the downward
shareholding structure of the company;
- Whether or not the company has been involved in any
litigation and, if so, the details;
- Whether or not the company has been buying and/or selling
properties of material value; and,
- Whether or not TARGET has ever written about the
company, and, if so, those details.
